What is a parantha?

According to Wiki - A paratha (or parantha) is a flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is usually made with whole-wheat flour, pan fried in ghee or ... simple no then explain in any form why it makes me feel great alive and ready to do something.
I dont get to eat them much these days but still i could eat parantha's for every meal and never get sick of them..
On the road its the best food, in chandigarh its the best food, in mumbai its superb food and at night with egg oh my god i only remember sitting at the bus stand at odd hours waiting for my tandoori parantha...
Parantha's have revived my blog too .... I love parantha's
